.
- Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
- Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
- Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
- Maintain quality data and reports
- Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
- Collaborate with Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs
