We’re expanding our pediatric pelvic floor program and looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to help grow this high-demand specialty.
As a key member of our team, you’ll complete comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments, analyze medical and developmental history, and develop individualized plans of care that support strength, range of motion, motor development, posture, mobility, and overall functional progress. You’ll work with children across a variety of conditions, including neurologic, orthopedic, developmental delays, torticollis, and—most importantly—pelvic floor dysfunction.
You’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary providers to set meaningful goals, educate families, and ensure therapy strategies can be incorporated into daily routines. Depending on the setting, you may also complete home accessibility assessments, identify equipment needs, and support families in safely navigating mobility and daily activities.
This role emphasizes high-quality clinical reasoning, ongoing reassessment, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. You’ll document clearly and efficiently, support departmental initiatives, participate in team projects, and contribute to the growth of our pelvic floor program through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
Education Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy required
- Experience working with pediatric patients or a pediatric clinical internship preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation required
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Requires basic computer skills
- Requires the ability to organize responsibilities and manage time wisely
- Requires the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Health Services BCLS – Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association Required
- Current and valid Nebraska State License in Physical Therapy Required
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record/driving record Required
