Case Manager

The Case Manager role at BK Behavior Ventures sits within the client operations team. This position has direct responsibility for overseeing a designated caseload, with primary objectives to facilitate seamless service delivery, ensure appropriate staffing, and provide support and guidance to families and providers on the team.

• Foster and sustain ongoing communication with families, cultivating a genuine and trusting rapport from intake through the end of services, including monthly check-ins.
• Provide guidance and support to the providers to enable them to deliver optimal care to families.
• Proactively address and resolve service-related issues and challenges that may arise.
• Ensure the prompt receipt of patient progress reports.
• Assist with obtaining insurance authorizations.
• Monitor utilization and ensure authorized hours are effectively utilized.
• Collaborate with recruiters to hire staff and ensure timely, suitable case staffing.
• Conduct candidate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with successfully hired candidates throughout onboarding.
• Thoroughly record and document all interactions and correspondence with both clients and providers.
• Maintain up-to-date client databases and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and incorporate suggestions to improve the department.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality, ensure HIPAA compliance, and comply with applicable laws.
