Omni Inventive Care is a non-profit agency specializing in community services. We have an opening for a Substitute Care (Sub Care) Specialist
, working with individuals and families that are providing care to children and adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The Sub Care Specialist will work as a member of a treatment team who will develop and write behavior programs for the purpose of management of maladaptive behaviors. The Sub Care Specialist is responsible for building rapport with, supporting, and supervising the Substitute Care Home.

Additional job duties include data collection and analysis, writing Functional Behavior Assessments, communication with schools, vocational day services, service coordination, mental health professionals, and other team members. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, utilize time management skills effectively, and good organization skills. Must be physically capable to assist clients.

• Build rapport with, support, and supervise the Substitute Care Home
