POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY
Participate as a team member in a wide variety of analyses and projects with the goal of operational efficiencies and improved compliance.
MMI is looking for creative, curious, and flexible financial and/or budget analysts who thrive on a wide variety of challenges and responsibilities including:
- analysis of financial data including both budget and revenue/expenditure data
- reviewing, documenting and improving processes, procedures and systems
- extracting, organizing, and analyzing financial data from various databases
- creating a wide variety of routine reports
- perform routine and moderately complex accounting activities utilizing generally accepted accounting principles and auditing practices
- maintain cost center and WBS accounts
- perform cost allocation calculations
- meeting with a variety of MMI directors/customers to determine the causes of variances and explore possible solutions
