This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Omaha, NE. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing general ledger activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising the monthly close process, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, supporting tax filings, and collaborating with controllers and clients to maintain and improve financial processes for middle-market businesses.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and experience in preparing accurate financial reporting
• Skills in streamlining accounting processes and supporting compliance and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools such as Excel
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Prior experience in private equity environments or industries with complex financial infrastructures is a plus
