Airlite Plastics is hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting & Treasury Operations in Omaha, NE. This role is open due to retirement and offers a high‑visibility opportunity to modernize how we run Treasury
, AR
, and AP through innovation, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI).

• Lead day-to-day Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Collections with strong controls and operational discipline.
• Serve as Treasury admin and key banking partner contact.
• Improve cash flow visibility and performance (accelerate collections, optimize payables timing).
• Build and enhance reporting using ERP/database data—leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work and speed insights.
• Evaluate and improve processes, systems, and payment tools—
  new solutions are on the table.

• Innovation mindset + emerging tech fluency (curious, research-driven, comfortable challenging “how it’s always been done”).
• Practical experience using AI tools and automation to improve accuracy, speed, and decision‑making.
• Track record leading change (process redesign, system upgrades, payment platforms, AR/AP modernization, treasury improvements).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive adoption across teams.
• 5+ years treasury/accounting operations experience (degree preferred).
• Previous experience in manufacturing a plus!

We welcome candidates from Treasury Operations, AR/Credit/Collections, AP Operations, Finance Systems/ERP/Payments, or a Senior Cost Accountant background with strong systems/reporting and modernization leadership.
