• Overseeing all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and highlight areas of concern.
• Developing and implementing effective forecasting models to predict revenue, costs, and financial outcomes.
• Preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Participating in strategic planning, providing insightful financial data, and making recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Collaborating with plant management and corporate finance to align financial goals and strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.
