Mortgage Servicing Manager

A company is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Manager to oversee and enhance mortgage loan servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities Oversee interim and sub-servicing operations to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards Manage relationships with external servicing partners, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met Monitor servicing workflows and KPIs to identify risks and drive root cause analysis for resolution

Required Qualifications 2+ years of mortgage servicing experience, including work with sub-servicers or investor guidelines Strong operational mindset with experience in documenting processes and improving workflows Ability to analyze data and identify trends for effective decision-making Experience in enforcing standards and escalating issues as necessary Proficiency with systems and reporting tools in a remote environment
