Key Responsibilities Monitor and coach Merchant Fraud Investigators in executing fraud reviews and investigations Serve as a subject matter expert on various merchant fraud schemes and provide guidance on escalated cases Identify high-risk merchants and recommend enhancements to fraud detection strategies
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 4+ years of experience in fraud risk management or financial services
Experience with merchant onboarding fraud or portfolio risk strongly preferred Working knowledge of fraud detection tools and case management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
