Senior Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Group Tax Manager to oversee US tax compliance and global tax coordination.

Key Responsibilities Manage all US federal and state tax compliance, including income, sales, and employment tax Coordinate global tax compliance efforts in Australia and Poland, ensuring accurate tax provision calculations Implement tax planning strategies and provide advisory on business transactions and new initiatives Qualifications 8-10 years of progressive tax experience with a focus on US federal and multi-state taxation Big 4 public accounting experience or equivalent corporate tax experience at a multinational company Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field Deep technical expertise in US tax regulations and international tax principles Experience in a technology or software company environment is highly desirable
