A company is looking for a Syndication Officer to lead the execution of syndicated credit facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead marketing and distribution of syndicated C&I transactions to participant banks and institutional investors
- Create investor pitchbooks and offering materials to support deal execution and market engagement
- Manage investor relationships, allocations, and market feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 or more years of syndicated lending experience with a focus on C&I transactions
- Strong background in deal marketing, investor engagement, and transaction execution
- Deep understanding of syndicated loan structures and LSTA documentation
- Strong network across participant banks and institutional investors
