We are seeking a dedicated Loan Operations Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in our Elkhorn office. In this role, you will manage loan documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the servicing needs of our loan portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include processing and reviewing loan applications, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure an efficient loan process.

Strong organizational skills and customer-focused service are key to success in this role.

• Prepare and process loan documents for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans.
• Assist loan officers with documentation for loan approvals.
• Maintain and organize credit files, monitor loan tracking systems, and process monetary transactions.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage escrow accounts, reconcile loan accounts, and handle post-closing tasks.

• Experience in loan operations and familiarity with systems like Fiserv Precision and Laser Pro.
• Knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate, and consumer loan processing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic math.
