Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with business units and corporate leadership to align financial goals with strategic objectives. This role in Dublin will provide strong decision‑making support to senior management, ensuring that all business decisions are backed by robust financial analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver value‑added business analysis and reporting with actionable financial insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Drive efficient and comprehensive financial planning processes that align with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, and valuation support for M&A, new initiatives, and strategic projects.
  • Prepare presentations and financial commentary for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across entities.
  • Support leadership in driving profitability and performance improvements through financial insights.
Education & Experience
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analytics, preferably within a SaaS or technology‑driven organization.
  • Experience in global or EMEA financial operations will be an advantage.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise (Excel, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent business acumen with an understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced global environment.
