Hemphill is partnering once again with a long‑time, highly reputable client – a well‑known and very successful company in the heart of Omaha – to help them during a particularly busy season. If you have a foundation in tax, whether from public accounting or from working in a corporate tax environment, this is a great opportunity to step into a meaningful, short‑term project alongside a warm, collaborative, and supportive team.

This organization is in the midst of a large internal project that has pulled several members of the tax team away from their core responsibilities. Rather than asking their internal team to take on the extra workload, the tax leadership team has decided to bring in an experienced tax professional on a consulting basis for the next 2‑3 months.

The groundwork has already been laid and this company knows exactly what needs to be done, so you will feel very supported and set up for success for this project – from already written out clear instructions, to sitting nearby and working closely with the tax team, you will be supported and set up for success.

This company is eager to identify a local professional who can be on‑site at their corporate office; however, they are very open to working around your schedule. Whether you prefer full‑time or part‑time hours during this 2‑3 month engagement, they’ll happily accommodate for the right person and are certainly appreciative for your help!
