Responsibilities- Support the full client lifecycle by working closely with both clients and financial advisors
- Assist with client onboarding and opening new accounts
- Manage ongoing account maintenance, including service requests, beneficiary updates, RMD tracking, and trust setups
- Accurately document all client interactions and action items in the CRM to ensure timely follow‑through
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with financial advisors and manage follow‑up items
- Assist with trade processing by preparing, submitting, and tracking trade requests
The ideal individual is detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and motivated to keep learning and advancing their career. Someone who is ambitious, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team will thrive here. A Series 7, Series 63, and/or Life & Health license is preferred.
