• Support the full client lifecycle by working closely with both clients and financial advisors
• Assist with client onboarding and opening new accounts
• Manage ongoing account maintenance, including service requests, beneficiary updates, RMD tracking, and trust setups
• Accurately document all client interactions and action items in the CRM to ensure timely follow‑through
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with financial advisors and manage follow‑up items
• Assist with trade processing by preparing, submitting, and tracking trade requests

Someone who is ambitious, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team will thrive here. A Series 7, Series 63, and/or Life & Health license is preferred.
