Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based on achievement of performance goals and targets.

Axos is seeking an Analyst who supports an operational team that helps clients grow by completing daily workloads accurately and promptly. The Analyst supports functions within the team’s discipline:
New Accounts, Income Processing, Transfers‑In, Transfers‑Out, Statements, Cash Management/Treasury, Financial Control, Settlements, and Mutual Fund Trading. The Analyst handles more complex items and duties, with additional responsibilities as needed in an evolving work environment.

• Review, amend, and finalize various documents
• Act as subject matter expert in the team’s discipline
• Provide training to new and existing staff, including departmental overviews for other teams
• Take initiative to participate in and manage special projects and assignments that align with departmental and firm goals

• HS Diploma
• 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry or related industry
• Experience in mutual funds preferred
