- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focused on financial and management reporting.
- Provide comprehensive data analysis and validation to support the data and financial transformation project.
- Connect to a range of data sources such as ERP systems, Excel files, and cloud‑based platforms.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
- Automate recurring financial reports and build scheduled refreshes using Power Automate.
- Stay current with Power BI updates, best practices, and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Data Services, Hyperion, and Operations teams.
- Provide insight and analysis on complex financial and operational metrics.
- Proactively seek process efficiencies and improvements to ease reporting and provide business partners with accurate, timely, quality financial reporting.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, CFO, or others.
- 5+ years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or applicable field.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and advanced visualization skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with Senior Executives and all levels of management in Operations and Finance & Accounting.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ideal candidate is a self‑starter, questions the status quo, and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting.
- Desire and willingness to dig into the details.
- Organization of Data; present financial information to finance and non‑financial users succinctly.
- Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite, Snowflake, and Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or applicable field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- High organization and detail orientation, process improvement focus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience with Oracle's E‑Business Suite, Hyperion applications, and Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus.
