The primary function of the Universal Banker is to assist new and existing members with their short- and long-term financial needs. The Universal Banker will open accounts, process member transactions, administer account management, process IRA's and certificates, and originate consumer loans such as credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans. This position has a direct impact on organizational success through direct member interactions.

To be successful in this role, you must be driven to meet established goals by building long term relationships and provide high-quality service with your members.

Monday - Friday 8:45am
-5:15pm;
Rotating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm

• Provides exceptional member service
• Creates lasting relationships with members
• Recommends appropriate products and services based on members needs
• Open various accounts including but not limited to IRAs, HSAs, and Certificates, and administer account maintenance upon member request.
• Originate and close consumer loans such as: credit cards, personal and auto loans.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the branch.
• Assist members with technical questions related to credit union mobile app and online banking.
• Participate in community events and area networking to support and grow the brand.
