About UsAmpli Fi is a tech-enabled Operational Finance firm. In our view, there are three types of finance orientations – accounting, transactions and operational. We orient ourselves around the operational aspect of finance. Our personnel are comprised of CFAs, business analysts and developers. We define operational finance predominantly through three disciplines –
financial planning (FP&A),
sales and operational planning (S&OP) and business intelligence (Analytics). The objective of operational finance is to control the economic environment of a business through process, technology, and people (ours and our client’s). Controlling the environment means defining the non-financial drivers that build into financial results, getting the team to understand those drivers with operational reporting and planning and aligning incentives toward success.
