88 Tactical’s Founders Club is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Events Coordinator to assist with the execution of private events, member functions, and corporate gatherings.

This is a hands‑on role with flexible hours based on our event calendar. Evening and weekend availability is required.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow within the Events Department as responsibilities and leadership opportunities expand.

• Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, linens, décor, AV, etc.)
• Move and arrange furniture and event materials as needed
• Support day‑of event coordination and timelines
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain organization of event supplies and storage areas
• Ensure event spaces are clean, reset, and presentation‑ready
• Provide professional and friendly service to members and guests

• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
• Ability to lift and move 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hospitality or event experience preferred

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
• Willing to jump in wherever needed
• Flexible while getting established
• Interested in growing with the Events Department long‑term
