As a User Acquisition Lead, you'll play a key role in driving the growth and success of Homa's mobile games by bringing new players to our portfolio. You will report directly to the VP of Growth and partner closely with Publishing, Product, Creative, and Data teams to design and execute impactful UA strategies that fuel player acquisition and retention.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing A/B testing initiatives, ensuring insights are effectively shared and implemented across relevant teams to improve performance and scalability.
- Managing significant paid UA budgets for a portfolio of mobile games played by millions worldwide, optimizing spend efficiency and maximizing returns.
- Developing, executing, and monitoring the user acquisition strategy using various channels, including social networks, SDK ad networks, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, influencers, social & search, and organic.
- Steering and optimizing performance through key metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention), analyzing results across networks, campaigns, and countries to provide actionable insights.
- Building and nurturing relationships with top advertising partners, identifying negotiation opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user behavior shifts, and industry best practices.
