Job DescriptionOne of our clients in the Insurance Industry is looking for Insurance Client Services Representatives to work hybrid in Omaha, Nebraska, San Antonio, Texas, and Pittston, Pennsylvania. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading service by ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. Answering inbound calls, you'll be speaking with traditional agents and brokers to assist in them providing product options for their end clients.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, consistent dependability, and a collaborative mindset. You'll work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while contributing to a supportive and team-focused culture. This position can pay anywhere between $19/hr and $21/hr dependent on previous licensing. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Or will take Post Secondary Credits with 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Current commercial P&C license (property and casualty) – Allows for higher compensation
- Experience working in the auto insurance agency
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry
- Bilingual with any other language
