Primary Responsibilities

Planning, leading, and managing utility planning tasks, working with teams on various utility infrastructure planning and utility management service-related projects;

Delivering technical products that meet client expectations;

Preparing technical reports and master planning studies, which require developing and calibrating water, wastewater, recycled water and stormwater hydraulic models; performing GIS and geospatial data analysis and reviews; developing maps and figures; alternatives analysis; developing high level engineering calculations and cost estimates for proposed alternatives; identifying funding opportunities for projects and grant writing; system water quality, energy and operations optimization, and rehabilitation studies;

developing capital improvement recommendations and plans; writing technical reports regarding findings and recommendations; collaborating with multiple teams and disciplines including but not limited to water resources, environmental, GIS, and AutoCAD; and preparing and delivering public presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to cities, towns, and utilities;

Participating in local and national professional organization(s) and internal practice and professional discipline groups, and project teams and activities to continually improve standards and best practices.
