Responsibilities- Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.
- Develop and maintain project resource‑loaded workplan.
- Coordinate with necessary team members.
- Develop and monitor project metrics.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Conduct project site visits if applicable.
- Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
- Develop cost estimates.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Work from project co‑location spaces as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI‑SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.
- Strong project management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.
- Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
- Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principles, including the Last Planner System.
- Bachelor's degree.
- The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short‑term tasks.
- Organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
