Project Controls Specialist

• Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.
• Develop and maintain project resource‑loaded workplan.
• Coordinate with necessary team members.
• Develop and monitor project metrics.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Conduct project site visits if applicable.
• Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.
• Develop cost estimates.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Work from project co‑location spaces as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI‑SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.
• Strong project management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.
• Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
• Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principles, including the Last Planner System.

• Bachelor's degree.
• The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short‑term tasks.
• Organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.
