A well-established local Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill a commercial HVAC Estimator position working on middle to large projects, Hospitals, Data Centers experience a plus. • 5+ years experience commercial HVAC Estimating and sales experience with Data Centers, Hospitals offices knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or demonstrated equivalent experience in related HVAC field).
• Design-Build from Blueprints, Takeoffs via on screen and manually.
• Experience in a variety of project types.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Sheet Metal and Piping experience helpful.
• Quick Pen, Auto Cad, Revit, Quotesoft, MS Exl, experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
