Project Manager - Agricultural and Industrial Construction

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will be at the forefront of executing large-scale agricultural and industrial construction projects. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring seamless communication and project success.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings, providing progress updates, and managing expectations.

* Own project KPIs-schedule, cost, productivity, safety, and quality.

* Manage grading and earthwork, including cut/fill operations and underground utility coordination.

* Oversee large-scale concrete formwork and pours, including 10-foot elements supporting major steel columns.

* Coordinate structural steel erection with foundations and downstream trades.

* Manage and sequence installation of advanced systems: automated feedlines, water lines, heavy electrical, ventilation ductwork, and airflow systems.

Essential Skills

* Project management and construction management experience, preferably in an industrial environment such as food/beverage or livestock.

* Experience with heavy earth moving and foundational concrete footings.

* Leadership experience in managing a team of field crew in construction.

* Strong expertise in grading, earthwork, concrete formwork, foundations, and structural steel coordination.

* Deep understanding of underground utilities, water lines, heavy electrical systems, and ventilation ductwork/airflow systems.

Work Environment

This is an onsite travel role with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation to ensure optimal work-life balance. The role primarily involves regional travel, allowing you to be home more often. All travel expenses are covered, and a per diem is provided. You will be part of long-term, high-impact agricultural and industrial projects, contributing to major facilities with budgets ranging from 50 million to 150 million.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millard, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
