Responsibilities

Successful candidates will work with experienced professional consultants in performing environmental assessment and remediation projects related to petroleum and other industrial chemical releases.

Candidates must be willing to work both as part of a team and independently in the office as well as in the field on small to large projects. Motivated candidates willing to learn and grow within an organization that has potential for advancement should apply.

Performance of site investigations to support environmental projects, including field collection of samples and the interpretation of environmental data and report writing.

Analysis of sampling data, including summary tables, result interpretation, and sample location maps.

Conduct and document field activities such as soil and groundwater sampling, installation of soil borings and monitoring wells, interviews, and tank excavations and/or removals.

Preparation of technical reports.

You’ll thrive here if you

0-3 years related environmental consulting experience.

Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments; capable of working independently, under direct supervision of others, and in a team-orientated environment.

Valid Driver's license and ability to pass an MVR.

Commitment to safety.

Attention to detail, ability to clearly document field activities and sampling.

Ability to obtain OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER and related training.

70% field work, 30% office work.

Ability/willingness to travel 30% of time and perform moderately strenuous tasks.
