We are seeking an individual who thrives on complex technical systems, excels in communication and product troubleshooting, and enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams. As a Sr Product Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes, assessing customer needs and identifying the most appropriate technical solutions for concept and prototype products and systems.
ResponsibilitiesProduct installation, testing, error/defect detection, and correction; coordinating corrective actions with engineers and operators; assessing customer needs and recommending solutions; maintaining system‑level knowledge of networks and communications systems. You will work closely with engineers and operators across domains – air, land, sea, space, and cyber – to support mission‑critical hardware and software.
Qualifications You Must Have- High school diploma or GED and typically 10+ years of related experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Progressive hands‑on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications, and personal computers
- Strong communication and customer interface skills
- Comprehensive understanding of system‑level maintenance of networks and communications systems
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance required
- Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
- Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and apply logical troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with RF, vehicle installation, and maintenance procedures
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or U.S. Military
- Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
This position requires an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required because the role mandates active clearance. Non‑U.S. citizens are typically ineligible for clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility handles clearance adjudication.
