Atlas is a nationwide leader in civil engineering, materials testing and geotechnical consulting services for environmental, industrial and infrastructure construction projects.
We are seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join our Omaha, NE team!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Conduct Field Inspections
- Report Writing
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, environmental science, or related discipline.
- Prefer 2+ years of Industrial Hygiene and building science experience in consulting environments.
- Will accept candidates with experience and no degree.
- Must be able to work some nights weekends as needed.
- Able to do overnight travel 25%-35% of the time.
- Prefer Asbestos and Lead certification, Inspector.
- Experience in traditional hygiene sampling such as air, dust and fumes a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational skills with limited supervision.
- Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.
