Pro Sidian seeks an Estimator | Environmental Management [USACE
022027] on a Contract Contingent basis.

Location:

CONUS across ten states:
Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Role supports USACE and DoD environmental management, focusing on flood management, environmental restoration, and military construction in the Missouri River Basin. The USACE Northwestern Division, Omaha District area of responsibility encompasses this region. The USACE NWO mission is to deliver engineering solutions to secure the nation, energize the economy, and reduce disaster risks.

Position may be Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099). Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time W-2 position.

Overview:
Provide Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) Estimator services for Environmental Management Sector clients such as DoD/USACE (e.g., USACE NWO). Generally located in CONUS across the Mid West Region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare cost estimates for environmental remediation projects; analyze project requirements; develop budget forecasts.

Desired Qualifications for Estimator | Environmental Management (USACE
022027):
Proficiency in cost estimation; experience in environmental or construction projects.

Education / Experience — 5+ years in estimation; experience in environmental projects preferred;
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management.

Skills — Cost estimation, financial analysis, project management, attention to detail. Certifications in cost estimation (e.g., Certified Cost Professional) are beneficial.

Competencies — Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe). EEO compliance and related statements included.

Ancillary Details — Permits/Licenses:
Team Pro Sidian shall obtain permits and licenses necessary to conduct the work required by this contract, including environmental, building, and transportation permits as applicable; rights of entry on and off Government property may be required; compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
