We are seeking an AutoCAD or Revit Tech to develop general design assistance to engineers and designers for architectural projects throughout North America using our new, groundbreaking software platform, AI for MEP.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design teams, and other consultants to ensure the design is consistent with the client’s vision, to identify and resolve areas of conflict, to ensure a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls when deemed necessary.
• Become familiar with the codes that are applicable to the project.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to create construction document packages.
• Develop and maintain company AutoCAD or Revit standards, protocols, and execution.
• Modify architectural CAD/BIM files for use in MEP design drawings (clean-up, audit reference, troubleshoot).
• Assist design teams with preparation of response letters.
• Prepare projects for client submissions.
• Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

• In possession of or ability to obtain an Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of two years of experience in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Ability to modify client CAD/BIM files for use in MEP design drawings.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments coupled with a desire to work efficiently.
