Our substitute teachers are vital to delivering exceptional experiences for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and Kindergarteners (birth to 6 years). • Support trained Montessori teachers by assisting in the classroom, creating a joyful, safe space for learning.
• Step in for full-time faculty during absences, breaks, or planning periods, ensuring seamless education.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that aligns with Montessori standards.
• Provide active supervision and basic care for young children, fostering their independence and curiosity.
• Work alongside the teaching team to cultivate rich, hands-on learning experiences for kids aged birth to 6 years.

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• 19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college).
• Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten).
• Enthusiasm for the Montessori philosophy (no prior experience required).
• Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements.
• Flexible availability to work as needed.
