St. Pius X/St. Leo School is seeking a passionate, dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our faith-filled, diverse learning community for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, nurturing the whole child, and supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. This teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that promotes spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth.

Teachers work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and administration to support student success.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, and developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum standards in the areas of English, literature, and social studies.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration
• Participate in school liturgies, events, and professional development
• Support the mission and philosophy of the Catholic Church and the school

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (required)
• Valid teaching license or ability to obtain one
• Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to Catholic education; practicing Catholic preferred
