General Description:

The Kids Club Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Kids Club program, ensuring a safe, high quality, and financially sustainable program that supports students, families, and staff across PLCS. The Director focuses on systems, people, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Kids Club Program Managers, Foundation leadership, and district partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, or Business Management
• Meets all applicable state licensing requirements.
• A minimum of five years of experience working with school‑age children in a child care program.
• A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience guiding program planning, staff development and parent relations.
• Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing a budget and negotiating program contracts.
• Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituents.
• Access to reliable transportation for site visitations.
• Maintains a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Starting $90,000 negotiable salary reflecting education and years of experience
• 100% paid Single Health/Dental or 93% paid for all other plans (PPO or HDHP)
