Job Summary Next Generation Child Care is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in lesson planning, curriculum development, and childhood development. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements:
CDA or degree in Education or related field preferred
Experience working with students in an educational setting
Knowledge of early intervention strategies
Ability to educate students in various subjects including Math and Physical Education
Familiarity with Deaf education is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Love and patience for children
