Qualifications- Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution
