BVH Architecture is looking for a Team Lead and Project Manager with a passion for leading others through design and professional growth. As a Team Lead, the position’s primary function includes leading a team of 10 to 12 professional architects and designers through project management, resource management, team building, and meeting the team’s project financial performance requirements.

A successful Team Lead is actively engaged in client and project team relationships, managing expectations, ensuring quality of service, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. This individual inspires, motivates, mentors, and coaches the team to achieve design excellence through servant leadership, strong communication, efficient workflows, ongoing development, and a focus on building strong team relationships.

• Work closely with the Practice Director and other team leads to achieve staffing/utilization and overall firm goals.
• Provide team leadership through training, mentorship, and coaching.
• Manage and maintain project financial goals.
• For their team, manage multiple project schedules, resources, and team members to ensure quality of design.
• Oversee the design, documentation, and construction of design projects for the projects you manage.
• Collaborate directly with designers, clients, consultants, and contractors for successful project delivery.
• Assist in business development and marketing pursuits while fostering current client relationships.

• 10+ years of experience in the Architecture field.
• 5+ years experience in project management and leadership.
• Licensed Architect.
• Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office and 3D graphics programs.
• LEED, WELL or other sustainability credentials are desirable.

The pay range for this position is commensurate with experience, education and qualifications.
