Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cellular Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers with their cellular service needs. This includes helping customers choose the right plan, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing inquiries.
