Fat Brain Toys, an award-winning designer of toys and games, is seeking a full‑time Videographer to lead our video content from concept to execution across all channels. This is not a support role and not a junior position. We are looking for a hands‑on video leader who owns the craft, pushes creative thinking, and is energized by seeing their work directly impact sales, engagement, and brand growth.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Product Development, Brand, and Creative to shape how Fat Brain Toys shows up on Amazon, DTC, social media, digital advertising, training, and global retail platforms. The ideal candidate does not wait for perfect briefs, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and actively looks for new ways video can drive performance and elevate storytelling.
The Videographer oversees the full video production lifecycle, from ideation and planning through production, editing, delivery, and optimization, ensuring every asset supports a cohesive, high‑impact brand experience worldwide.
What You’ll Do Creative Leadership & Idea Generation- Lead video ideation and concept development for product launches, digital advertising, brand storytelling, social content, and training materials.
- Proactively pitch new video concepts, formats, and approaches that improve engagement, conversion, and system‑of‑play storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while confidently pushing ideas forward.
- Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and performance‑driven video formats.
- Own all aspects of video production including planning, scheduling, shot lists, props, talent, and locations.
- Execute on‑set direction including camera, lighting, audio, and staging.
- Balance speed and quality in a fast‑paced environment.
- Edit video content from rough cut through final delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Perform color correction, audio leveling, motion graphics, and finishing.
- Create platform‑specific variations and localized assets.
- Understand how video impacts conversion, engagement, and sales.
- Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to iterate based on performance data.
- Take pride in driving measurable outcomes.
- Maintain organized video libraries and archives.
- Manage You Tube uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Deliver tailored assets based on platform needs.
- Maintain and manage video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Recommend new tools and workflows.
- Explore new production techniques.
- Work closely with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Photography, and Marketing.
- Support international markets and distributor needs.
- Jump in where needed.
- Video improves product storytelling and conversion.
- New formats and ideas are tested regularly.
- Video production runs smoothly without hand‑holding.

- 2–5 years of professional videography experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience producing product, advertising, and brand video.
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Portfolio showcasing product and brand work.
