A well-established commercial contractor is looking to add a Project Engineer to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in construction but prefers the organizational and coordination side of projects rather than being in the field full-time. The Project Engineer plays a key role supporting project managers and estimators to keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Organizing and maintaining project files and documentation
- Managing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Assisting with project handoffs from estimating to project management
- Maintaining drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Supporting project managers with project coordination
- Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and general contractors
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience with Microsoft Office / construction software

- Construction document control
