Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for demolition and grading projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently while maintaining a culture of safety and quality.

• Manage and supervise field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Communicate daily with project managers and clients
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports utilizing Contractor Foreman
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in demolition, grading, or sitework (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations

  , and earthwork processes
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and civil plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  
  OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
