• Lead field operations across multiple projects in Omaha and the greater Midwest
• Mentor and develop project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams
• Work hand-in-hand with project management, preconstruction, and safety teams
• Uphold best-in-class standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination
• Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development
• Serve as a visible leader and trusted representative of Oline on every jobsite
• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in commercial ground-up projects
• Proven ability to lead large field teams on complex builds
• Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and logistics
• Strong communicator and respected field leader
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed
