Construction Project Manager

Our client, a well-established, family-owned construction company that’s deeply rooted in heavy civil and excavation work—especially large, complex data center projects is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who can run work in the field, collaborate closely with superintendents and subcontractors, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job demands it.

• Overseeing civil and excavation projects from kickoff through completion
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, field leadership, and subcontractors
• Coordinating schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower
• Partnering closely with the on-site Superintendent to keep work moving efficiently
• Jumping in where needed—this is a collaborative, no-ego environment
• Leveraging technology and construction software to stay organized and informed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong background in civil construction or excavation (utility work, major building projects, government contracts, or similar)
• Comfort working on large, fast-moving job sites
• Experience with construction technology such as Bluebeam, B2W, Spectrum, Excel, or estimating software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
