We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee ground‑up projects within the VA Projects in Omaha. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to impactful construction projects.

• Manage and oversee ground‑up construction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety regulations.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations on the construction site.
• Support the Superintendent in all phases of construction management.

• Experience in construction and construction management.
• Proven track record in commercial construction projects.
• Strong skills in subcontractor management.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Work on site at VA Projects in Omaha, focusing on ground‑up construction projects. Collaborate with a team dedicated to high standards and quality in construction. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
