Construction Project Manager

MCL Construction, a leader in commercial general contracting, is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Construction Project Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional projects across our growing portfolio. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget—all while maintaining the high standards MCL is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and problem‑solving.
• Oversee scheduling, contracts, cost control, safety, and closeout processes.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and thorough project documentation.
• Build strong relationships in the community to position MCL for continued growth and success.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven success managing complex projects using modern project management software.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and developing others.
• Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a plus.
