Oline Construction is expanding rapidly across the Midwest, and we’re looking for a General Superintendent to lead field operations for our Omaha-area projects. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who’s ready to shape field execution, mentor teams, and uphold the quality and safety standards that define Oline’s reputation.

• Lead field operations across multiple projects in the Omaha and greater Midwest region
• Mentor and develop project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams
• Partner with project management, preconstruction, and safety teams for seamless project delivery
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination
• Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development
• Represent Oline with professionalism and integrity on every jobsite
• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• (industrial, tilt-wall, concrete, or ground-up experience preferred)
• Proven ability to lead large field teams and complex builds
• Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field sequencing
• Deep knowledge of construction means and methods — especially concrete/tilt-wall
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed
