Oline Construction is growing fast, and we’re looking for a local Superintendent to join our Omaha team. If you love being on the ground, leading the charge, and turning dirt into something impressive, this role is for you.
We’re tackling commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects across the region—and we need a field leader who knows how to keep things moving, keep people motivated, and keep jobsites safe, efficient, and high‑quality.

As a Superintendent, you’re the heartbeat of the jobsite—you turn plans into reality, bring teams together, and make sure every detail is built to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do- Lead field operations on ground‑up commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials—aka, keep the job humming
- Mentor field teams and maintain clear communication with PMs and clients
- Review drawings and specs for accuracy and constructability
- Manage schedules and ensure critical milestones are hit
- Run daily safety meetings and uphold top‑tier safety standards
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 5+ years leading ground‑up commercial, industrial, or mixed‑use projects
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
- Deep understanding of layout, logistics, scheduling, and quality control
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Tilt‑wall or structural concrete experience is a plus
- A strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship
