Road Construction Foreman

Trillium Construction is hiring a Road Construction Foreman for a national highway and airport runway rehabilitation contractor specializing in asphalt and concrete pavement preservation.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader ready to take the next step in their construction career.

Responsibilities
-Supervise road construction crews
-Manage traffic control operations
-Plan daily work, equipment, and material needs
-Conduct jobsite safety meetings and documentation
-Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, owners, and other contractors
-Maintain daily reports (labor, equipment, materials)
-Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements
-Prior road construction foreman or crew leadership experience
-Traffic control management experience
-Ability to operate construction equipment (tractors, concrete saws, sweepers)
-Ability to read plans/specs and perform basic math
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Safety-focused, dependable, and hardworking

Additional Details
-Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
-Willing to travel up to 21+ days at a time
-Must pass pre-employment drug screening (DOT if CDL holder)
-CDL-A preferred, not required
