Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects in the greater Omaha area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, building strong client and contractor relationships, and seeing projects through from planning to completion. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate commercial flooring projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to keep work on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in flooring or a related trade.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with construction documents (plans, specifications) and project management tools.
- Proficient computer skills; CAD experience a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
